Llano Grande Golf Course Subdivision (GCSD)

The GCSD is located in the Rio Grande Valley near Mercedes, Texas and is adjacent to the Llano Grande Resort and Llano Grande Golf Club.  The Golf Course Subdivision is a mandatory HOA Community.  It is a 55 and over community of established homes, parks, clubhouse and pool.  Any proposed new home must comply with the Conditions, Covenants and Restrictions and Architectural Standards.  These are available elsewhere on this site or Contact any of the Board of Directors or Architectural  Committee Members listed on the Contacts page for more information.
